- I have placed an order for Classic collections, when will the items be delivered?
Once we receive the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. In case you have not received the email, kindly let us know. Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days to the delivery address you have supplied.
- I have placed an order for New collections, when will the items be delivered?
Once we receive the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. In case you have not received the email, kindly let us know. Your order will be delivered within 20 working days to the delivery address you have supplied.
- What should I do if my order has been delivered late?
We make best possible effort to ensure that your order is delivered in time. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. We regret the inconvenience caused due to them.
- What if I have forgotten my password?
If you don't remember your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. All you need to do is specify your email address and submit. Customer support will send the password to your email address.
- What do I do if I have forgotten my 'User Id'?
If you have forgotten the email address then you will need to register again.
- What does the my shopping cart section do?
You can add products that you want to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have completed shopping, you can review the shopping cart and proceed to make a payment.The shopping cart also allows you to 'change the quantity', remove a product from the cart and add more items to the cart.

Register to obtain a user name and a password to log in online.
- Step 3: Order
Place your order for the items you have chosen. Finally enter your payment details in our secure website and await your email proof. Once you have amended or approved the proof, simply wait for your order to be delivered via courier.
- Is Hidesign a local brand or an international one?
Hidesign is an international brand and available in China, Sri Lanka, Russia, UAE, U.K., Malaysia.
- Does Hidesign offer guarantee for its product?
One year guarantee for handbags, office bags, travel bags and wallets.
- What leather is used for your product?
We use cow leather mostly.
- How often do you get your new collection?
We have two collections in one year.
- Where is the factory located?
The factory is located at Pondicherry.
- Do you sell leather cream?
How do we take care of our product?
We don’t sell the cream. The product can be cleaned using a soft cloth dipped in moisturizing cream. Pen marks should be avoided because cleaning them will not be possible.
- Is it possible to return a product?
Yes, it is possible exclusively for online sales, return can be done in India and the money will be credited to your credit card. For further clarifications please visit our Refund Policy link.
- How long will a repair of a bag take?Do you charge for repair ?
It will take 3 weeks time. There is no charge within the guarantee period. On expiry of guarantee repair is still done at a nominal cost.
- Where is Hidesign available?
The store details have been specified in the “Store Locator” of our website.
- Do you take custom made orders?
No, you can place an order for any of our existing styles in any number.
- What is the minimum period required for a corporate order?
5-6 weeks
- Are these products hand made?
Yes. They are all handcrafted.
- Do you take online orders?
Yes. Orders can be placed online. All our styles can be seen in “View catalogue” option. Right now only classic bags are on sale in the website.
- Can a defective product be exchanged for a new one if it’s within the guarantee period?
The product can be repaired without any extra charge but cannot be replaced by a new one.
- Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do.
- Do you gift wrap?
No. But our carry bags are quite attractive and don’t need further gift wrapping.
- Can embossing on a product be done?
We do them only for orders that involve a minimum number.
- Why do you need the data to be filled in while shopping online?
We need the data to serve you in best way and to keep track of your order.
- Why don’t you come up with loyalty programs for regular customers?
Right now we don’t have any programs as such but you can sign up in our website to receive special offers and newsletters.
- Do you provide any special offer?
We provide festival offers through emailing for the customers who opted into our website or who completes a guarantee card when they purchase a Hidesign product.
